Why I cannot lose Weight: Free Focus Up Chart

You might be trying super hard, thinking you are doing everything right, but things are not going the way you like.

I totally get that and have been there.

Be patient. If you have just started out, 4-8 weeks is a very short time to reverse past damage.

I personally love to Stack Wins when on my transformation journey! I think about everything I can do that day to support my goals! Like these wins:

  • Food prep Wednesday and Sundays

  • Completed my weight training

  • Completed my ESD cardio

  • Ate all my protein for the day

  • Nailed my calories

  • Drank all my water before 6pm


No matter what, I can always find a way to improve my protocol so I can always push improvement.

I created this Focused Chart back the day when I was not seeing results. I found out right away what I needed to work on and the areas that were holding me back.

I will share some of those now:

  • Sleep routine (I would stay up working until 2am)

  • Hitting only the amount of sets prescribed and nothing more (always over reaching doing more, thinking more will get me more ripped)

  • Hitting my protein amount (no matter what!)

  • Taking my supplements on time (when in a caloric deficit, we are not eating enough food thus, we must supplement).

You can create any type of chart you want. Add anything you want to track. - Water is a good one as most people show signs of dehydration that I see. I find the above to be the best measures of progress.
