Hey friends, I wanted to share something important…

I’ve decided to shift most of my fitness content, personal story, blogging and educational posts over to an app called, Substack. (find the link at bottom of this post)

Lately, Facebook or my blog have not been the best places to truly connect or reach the people I want to help.

Social media is starting to feel less “social” and more like endless scrollin, with very little conversation or impact.

I pour hours into posts and videos that get buried with barely a ripple… and honestly, it’s discouraging and not good for my mental health.

I want to be where I can make a difference, where we can have real interaction, real questions, and real progress. That place, for me, is now Substack. It will take some time to grow as I am starting fresh, but I am all good with new challenges!

 I’ll still share some posts here on my blog or on Facebook occasionally, but if you truly want to follow my journey, get coaching and be part of a more intentional community—I’d love to invite you over.

There’s a free subscription option right now, and soon I’ll also be offering paid group coaching subscription with incredible content for those ready to level up.
