Midlife Ignition Workshops

Start With The Assessment

Before you attend a workshop or begin training, the first step is understanding where your body actually sits today.

Most midlife adults guess their starting point.

They follow random workouts, jump into programs that are too aggressive, and eventually burn out or quit.

The Midlife Ignition Assessment was created to solve that problem.

This simple assessment helps identify your true starting point based on your current strength, work capacity, movement ability, and lifestyle habits.

The goal is not to judge performance.

The goal is clarity.

Take The Midlife Ignition Assessment

The assessment looks at several key areas that determine how your body responds to training:

• Current activity level
• Strength readiness
• Work capacity
• Mobility and movement quality
• Recovery and lifestyle habits

Most people are surprised by what they discover.

Your results will help determine whether your starting phase is Spark or Prime inside the Midlife Ignition system.

Midlife Ignition Workshops

Once you understand your starting point through the assessment, you can attend a Midlife Ignition Workshop where the Foundation Phases are taught in detail and hands on.

Foundation Workshops:

The Spark and Prime phases were designed specifically for adults over 40 to rebuild the foundation required for long-term progress.

These workshops teach the structure behind those phases so you understand how to train, recover, and fuel your body properly before pushing harder.

Phase 1 — ⚡Spark

Reignite the System

The Spark phase is designed for individuals who have been away from structured training or who need to rebuild their physical foundation.

This phase focuses on reintroducing movement, rebuilding strength patterns, and improving basic work capacity so the body can begin adapting again.

The goal is not intensity.

The goal is reigniting the system safely and intelligently.

In the Spark Workshop you will learn:

• How to restart training after years of inconsistency
• How much training is enough for progress without overreaching
• Why many midlife adults push too hard too soon
• How to rebuild movement patterns and strength safely
• How nutrition and hydration support early adaptation

What you will need to start:
Dumbbells (a good starter set 2.5-35lbs and more will be needed)
Incline bench
Bands
Pull-up bar

Spark is where progress begins again.

Phase 1 — 💥Prime

Prepare the Body for Real Progress

Once the body has been reignited through Spark, the next step is Prime.

The Prime phase builds the strength, work capacity, and recovery ability needed to handle more demanding training phases later in the Yearly Flux System.

Think of Prime as preparing the engine for performance.

This phase strengthens the foundation so the body can tolerate increased training volume and intensity without burning out.

In the Prime Workshop you will learn:

• How to progress training safely after Spark
• How to build strength and work capacity together
• How to structure weekly training for continued progress
• How recovery, sleep, and hydration influence adaptation
• How fueling supports performance during this phase

What you will need to start:

Dumbbells (a good decent starter set 2.5-50+lbs) *based on strength and goals)
Incline bench

Bands

Pull-up bar

Med Ball

Prime prepares the body for the next phases of progress.

The Yearly Flux System

Most fitness programs fail because they either:

1. The program is an all out High Intensity war and workout punishment.

2. The nutrition is only about weight loss and a unsustainable diet phase.

3. The program is a bunch of bull crap social media junk everyone falls for because it looks fancy.

The human body cannot keep up that horrific diet and workout pace. Quitting is the result, not progress!

Progress happens when training moves through structured phases, allowing the body to build capacity, push performance, refine results, recover adequetly, and maintain progress over time.

This approach is what I call the Yearly Flux System.

Each phase has a specific purpose and progression so midlife bodies can improve without burning out.

The first phase of that system is the Foundation Phase: Spark or Prime.
